This time includes consultation, assessment, personalised treatment plan, an opportunity to ask questions, administration of your Vitamin B12 injection which will be in your arm.
Course or one off treatment?

This course can be given as a one off injection should you need a little boost. Genuine B12 deficiency normally requires a 3 monthly top up to remain symptom free.
Results in

This injection bypasses the digestive system so it is very quick to work. Most people report an improvement in symptoms in 24-72 hours.
Recovery time
Nil
This is a very simple injection and there is no recover time. You may have a small ache in the muscle for a few hours, but it shouldn't interfere with your normal activities.

Most people feel the results from this injection will last around 12 weeks. A person with a medical diagnosis of B12 deficiency may feel that it lasts a lot less and decide to top up in between prescribed injections.
